As Paragon continues to grow from a beloved local tea room into a category-setting brand, we’re looking for a Store Manager to lead one of our Tea Rooms with both precision and heart. This role is central to how our guests experience Paragon — from the warmth of welcome to the consistency of our drinks, from the calm of the room to the flow of the day.

Store Manager Overview

The Paragon Store Manager is a hands-on, hospitality-minded operator who understands that excellence is built through details, intention, and relationships. You naturally balance operational discipline with an elevated guest experience — ensuring the room is immaculate, the drinks are exceptional, and the environment reflects the Paragon standard every single cup and day.

You’re as comfortable behind the bar as you are coaching a team member, reviewing labour targets, or adjusting the schedule to meet the week’s demand. You bring clarity, curiosity, and a deep pride in craft. You know how to lead by example — modelling the energy, professionalism, and respect that sets the tone for the entire team.

But most importantly, you care. About people, about product, about experience. You understand that a tea room is an ecosystem: when the team feels supported, the room feels calm; when operations run smoothly, the guest can relax; when craft is respected, the entire brand is elevated.
