What You’ll Do

🌿 Customer Service Excellence

• Welcome every guest with warmth, attention, and genuine presence.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and guide them toward teas, brewing methods, or pairings they’ll love.
• Process orders accurately via POS, managing cash and card transactions with confidence.
• Respond to questions, feedback, and minor concerns with professionalism and positivity.
• Ensure the seating area and counter remain clean, inviting, and aligned with Paragon’s atmosphere.

🍵 Tea & Beverage Craft

• Master Paragon’s beverage program, preparing tea lattes, iced teas, specialty drinks, and seasonal offerings with consistency and care.
• Deliver beverages that meet Paragon’s standards for flavour, temperature, texture, and visual presentation.
• Operate, clean, and maintain tea tools, brewing equipment, and grinders.
• Follow all preparation recipes and quality benchmarks with precision.
